Plus de trente ans d’engagement dans les arts vivants et les arts visuels — à Genève depuis 1992 — dont une décennie en fonctions de direction : codirection de compagnie, direction de festival et direction technique multisites. À l’aise dans une hiérarchie publique structurée comme dans une gouvernance associative horizontale, je fais dialoguer création contemporaine, exigence budgétaire et participation des habitantes et habitants.

Over thirty years in the performing and visual arts—active in Geneva since 1992—including a decade in executive leadership: dance company co-direction, festival direction, and multi-site technical management. Equally at home in structured municipal hierarchies and horizontal collective governance, I bridge contemporary creation, financial accountability, and citizen participation.

Management par secteurs : encadrement d’une équipe pouvant atteindre 50 personnes, en lien avec les préparateurs et préparatrices de chaque département.
Rigueur budgétaire : gestion d’un budget de 500'000 CHF et déploiement d’outils de suivi financier et technique.
Espace public : conception de l’aménagement du parc de l’Ariana (deux scènes et une installation monumentale) ayant accueilli plus de 10'000 festivaliers.

Multi-site direction: full logistical and technical planning across 65 productions and 30 venues.
